After a complete renovation in the summer of 2022, the house is organized around a large common space where the living room, kitchen, and dining area interconnect. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) next to the main bathroom and 1 mezzanine with an extra double bed (135 cm). Outside, there is a courtyard with a private swimming pool and a covered porch with a barbecue that is perfect for enjoying long summer dinners.

Casa Felicita is located in Casas de Pradas, a quiet hamlet of 100 inhabitants surrounded by vineyards, almond, and olive groves at the foothills of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park. The village is 5 km from Venta del Moro, where main services are located; 25 km from Requena, the regional capital with all the amenities of a small city; and 90 km from Valencia.
