CONDITIONS OF USE
The use of mialdea.es grants the condition of User of mialdea.es, whether a natural or legal person, and necessarily implies complete, full, and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Legal Notice. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, they shall refrain from using mialdea.es. The unauthorized use of the information contained on this website, as well as any breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of MiAldea or third parties who have provided content to mialdea.es, will give rise to legally established responsibilities.
AVAILABILITY OF MIALDEA.ES
MiAldea does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing mialdea.es or its contents, nor that these are updated, although it will make its best effort to prevent, correct, or update them, as applicable. Consequently, MiAldea is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the portal service prior to or during the provision of the service.

JURISDICTION
For any issues that arise concerning the interpretation, application, and fulfillment of this Legal Notice, as well as any claims that may derive from its use, all intervening parties submit to the Judges and Courts of the province of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
